Zimbabwe Acute

The aim of Zimbabwe ACUTE is to provide humanitarian aid through fast action, thereby alleviating hardship and saving lives.

In humanitarian crises acting quickly is essential! This applies, for example, to extreme dry periods with food or water shortages. It is important to save lives or to alleviate the greatest need quickly.

In Zimbabwe, orphans or disadvantaged children are often in great need. The AIDS epidemic in particular is responsible for the fact that, with a population of around 12 million, there are 1.6 million orphans, who are often on their own and are therefore the weakest members of the society.

Advivia Zimbabwe helps in acute emergencies with:

  • Blankets and/or mattress donations
  • Well construction projects for water supply
  • Food donations
