The core team in Zimbabwe is made up of people whose hearts see the plight of the young generation. The team is very reliable and full of energy to continue to develop the work in their country.
Occupation: Headteacher and teacher for business studies
Alington began teaching the first school students of Chidzikwe Secondary School under a tree in 2003 and has built up the school bit by bit. He is one of the most important contacts of the German team. He reliably ensures smooth cooperation and initiates projects in consultation with Sarah Dilling. All humanitarian aid financed by Advivia Zimbabwe is managed by him. He will be a leading figure in the further development of Advivia Zimbabwe.
Assistant to Alington Matsilele: Lee Mthombeni
Occupation: Deputy headmaster and teacher of history
Lee is the right-hand man of Alington Matsilele and supports him in all areas of the development work.
Assistant to Sarah Dilling: Raymond Zowa
Raymond studied agricultural sciences and is now taking courses in marketing. Since January 2020, he has been a valuable employee alongside Sarah Dilling. Through his energy, knowledge and reliability he has become a strong asset to the team.

Charles Mushonga (2nd from left), an accountancy teacher and villager who works as an adviser to the team.
Sonja Muruwa, a geography teacher, is responsible for 30 school students who are in the orphans’ support program of Advivia Zimbabwe.
Mr Chadenganga (3rd from right) As a teacher of agricultural economy, Mr. Chadenganga is responsible for everything concerning the cultivation of the large field around the school. He his continuing his study of modern cultivation methods and maintains close contact with Sarah Dilling. He is the contact person for future training projects in the agricultural sector.
Mr Chizemo (1st from right) is the chairman of the school’s parent council and lives in the village. He is an important link between residents of the area and the school.

Occupation: Head of Scripture Union (international Bible reading federation) Masvingo
Ndina is committed to biblical teaching in schools in the Masvingo region. She also organizes, with staff from different schools, weekend breaks, Bible quiz days and training sessions. Under her leadership, a contact point for street children has been established at the headquarters in Masvingo. In connection with conveying the salvation message of the Christian faith, she is our contact person.
