Alington Matsilele
Occupation: Headteacher and teacher for business studies
Alington began teaching the first school students of Chidzikwe Secondary School under a tree in 2003 and has built up the school bit by bit. He is one of the most important contacts of the German team. He reliably ensures smooth cooperation and initiates projects in consultation with Sarah Dilling. All humanitarian aid financed by Advivia Zimbabwe is managed by him. He will be a leading figure in the further development of Advivia Zimbabwe.

Lee is the right-hand man of Alington Matsilele and supports him in all areas of the development work.

Ndina is committed to biblical teaching in schools in the Masvingo region. She also organizes, with staff from different schools, weekend breaks, Bible quiz days and training sessions. Under her leadership, a contact point for street children has been established at the headquarters in Masvingo. In connection with conveying the salvation message of the Christian faith, she is our contact person.
